Back taxes are owed, plus $2,000 to the owner and a lien that is on the property for the amount of $18,119 we have been able to negotiate that lien holder down to $10,000 (all are separate from our buy-out amount).
You are taking possession of the LLC holding the Option Contract (built in asset protection) – NOT the land or contract itself. We are selling 100% of the LLC interest, it is up to you to fulfill on the rest of what we just disclosed!
